ABA Scheduling Coordinator
ABS Kids is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! This is a unique position where you will schedule Behavior Technicians based on their home location and match them to patients based on where they live. If you have prior experience scheduling in a mobile clinical environment or for a large group (30-40) of medical providers and enjoy "putting pieces of a puzzle together", then we want to talk to you!
Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.
What would you do?
- Fill permanent scheduling needs based on Behavior Analyst communication
- Update patient and staff availability in Central Reach. Maintain up-to-date records on the availability of staff and patients
- Update patient caseload spreadsheet with incoming schedule changes
- Modify and update patient schedules as necessary
- Address concerns with filling schedules/communication directly with scheduling supervisor
- Report cancellation and census data to the regional director on a weekly basis
- Evaluate staffing needs per region
- Communicate all schedule changes to Behavior Analysts and the regional director
- Other duties as assigned

Who are we looking for?
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in software systems, excel and google suite
- Must have 2-3+ years of medical office experience doing scheduling for a hospital, ER/OR, or mobile clinical staff
- Experience training or managing scheduling teams is preferred (even though this is NOT a management position)
- Past work history with ABA scheduling is strongly preferred
- Must have excellent critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills
- This position requires the ability to multi-task and pay high attention to detail
- Computer literacy skills including G-Suite and Microsoft Office
