Senior Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster and Case Manager
Our busy, fast growing law office is seeking a 100% remote managing personal injury pre-litigation case manager to work alongside our attorneys and achieve our clients’ goals. Our ideal candidate will have experience in adjusting bodily injury claims, case management from start to finish as well as experience running a pre litigation department. Most importantly the said managing attorney must be a problem solver and require very little supervision. Additionally, our company is looking for someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of over 10 case managers, ensuring weekly goals are met including stowers demands submission, clients are completing treatment and all the necessary information has been gathered to support said demand.
Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of 8 pre-litigation case managers.
- Meet Stowers demand quotas and negotiate settlements.
- Hire and fire potential employees within the team.
- Handle bodily injury automobile claims and have at least 5 years of experience.
- Possess a good knowledge of medical treatments associated with bodily injury claims.
- Be task and results-driven, meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient in both Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Be a problem solver, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work 50+ hours per week to handle workload.
- Provide excellent customer service and persuade potential incoming clients to sign up with the law firm.
- Multitask effectively to handle various responsibilities.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Implement a pre litigation and claims system to ensure prompt demands and case resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling bodily injury automobile claims.
- Extensive knowledge of medical treatments and procedures relevant to bodily injury claims.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce results.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex cases.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to persuade potential clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work long hours (50+ per week) as needed.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
