- Responsible to validate documents in CTRAC.
- To make follow-up calls for general reminders such as documents that need to be uploaded in C-TRAC and other required information for contract processing.
- Provides timely and customer-focused service for all crew members.
- Ensures each crew member receives general direction and the most positive and swift processing experience.
- To guarantee that the crew has the latest information in CTRAC related to Passport, Seaman’s Book, and other formal requirements needed before deployment.
- Liaise with HR Operations team and Stakeholders for any necessary arrangements needed to complete for the employees to join as scheduled.
- Perform all administrative and documentation task related to processing and onboarding.
- Constantly monitors the tab for document submission in CTRAC. Access to view the recently uploaded documents, view the pertinent attachments and should be able to approve or disapprove the submissions within the agreed SLA and KPI
- Works delinquently to resolve all processing related situations and escalates any irregularities to his/her immediate supervisor.
- Ensures that Crew Readiness KPI and SLAs are being met.

The Project based employment can be pre-terminated upon completion of the project or for a period of 4 months.
