We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Full Stack Developer to join our pioneering FinTech team. In this role, you will be integral in developing and maintaining Python-based solutions that bolster our innovative analytics platform for used-vehicle auctions and propel our customer's experience to new heights.

Principal Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain scalable, secure applications for our vehicle analytics platform, employing Python, Django, AWS Lambda functions, and other associated technologies.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support various client applications, particularly focusing on vehicle data processing and user interface interaction.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services, particularly those related to vehicle data, financial services, and telematics.
- Champion a test-driven development approach with a commitment to consistently delivering valuable enhancements to our platform.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience as a Python Full Stack Developer or similar role, preferably in the FinTech or Automotive sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Django or Flask, and related frameworks with a particular focus on applications for data-intensive environments.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ideally with experience in creating intuitive interfaces for complex data analysis.
- Experience with database development and maintenance, with emphasis on PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, and ability to handle large, complex vehicle and financial datasets.
- Understanding of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, ideally in an environment with a high demand for accuracy and reliability.
- High-level problem-solving abilities, including the skill to develop innovative solutions for unique, complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work through intricate tasks with a diverse team.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and the drive to continually push the project forward.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms, particularly services such as AWS Lambda and AWS EC2.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, ideally with experience deploying scalable Python applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, specifically in projects requiring high-availability and rapid iteration.
- Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools such as Pandas, Plotly, or PowerBI, particularly with applications in financial or automotive analytics.
- Proficiency with Git in a team environment, particularly with a workflow that includes code reviews and continuous integration.
