Need someone able to perform a wide variety of skills. Turnover of vacant apartment units and repairs in occupied units.
1) Ability to install and finish drywall including texture
2) Plumbing- Ability to install kitchen faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, sinks, and diagnose and repair plumbing leaks
3) Paint- Ability to paint entire units as well as paint existing areas in units to match
4) Electrical- Ability to do light electrical Install outlets, light fixtures
5) Carpentry- Ability to install baseboards, casing moldings, bathroom cabinets
6) Able to work independently as well as under supervision
