SC MEM Coordinator


 

Overview:
The PepsiCo Equipment Services Center of Excellence provides a single point of contact for all marketing equipment repair and installation requests throughout the United States and Canada.The role of the Move Scheduler will be to work directly with the MEM Field Operations, MEM Supply Chain, National Operations, Sales and Customers in the activation of all equipment moves.

The Move Scheduler contributes to the success of PepsiCo Equipment Services by analyzing
open equipment move orders to optimize scheduling and routing operations. The scheduler will create equipment move schedules and truck routes, communicate scheduling to the customer and coordinate with local Sales and MEM departments to drive operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Use issue resolution follow-up to handle a wide variety of questions, issues, and
customer service needs with seamless coordination and communication with customers
  • Following standard procedures (accuracy, quality and timeliness) to receive customer
requests for service and dispatching calls to local bottling operations via phone or Email.
  • Accurately maintaining and recording all service activity for assigned accounts by
performing the administration of data entry and paperwork needed for activities
  • Enabling customers to quickly repair equipment through troubleshooting problems
  • Execute customer surveys to gauge customer satisfaction levels
  • Provide a single point of contact to internal partners (Sales, MEM, etc) for market
equipment move scheduling and routing activity, as well as primary contact for
customers with questions or concerns related to all market equipment move activity
  • Aggregate and review inbound order activity entered by locations via multiple sources
(SalesPad, CETS_Bullpen, Fax, email, phone, etc) to evaluate customer requests and
requirements to provide the highest service within 2 day service level agreement 2
  • Create and manage daily regional equipment move schedules based on business rules
using CETS and AMS systems to drive lowest landed cost while maximizing truck
capacity
  • Partner with customer, field technicians, MEM leadership, and Sales organization to
appropriately resolve scheduling and equipment placement conflicts
  • Provide leadership and guidance to MEM field organization to improve resource
utilization, operational efficiencies, processes, KPI performance and customer service
levels.
  • Execute move territories change operations, which includes communicating routes,
schedules, and process changes to MEM and Sales
  • Lead customer site readiness process through coordination with MEM and Sales prior to
all equipment activations
  • Ensures compliance and process adherence at various steps of the equipment activation
process including the customer order, prep, install, confirmation and field requests
  • Support PES Inbound call team by answering escalated equipment service delivery
questions and serve as a subject matter expert to peers on equipment services move
operations processes.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
  • 1-2 years of prior customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related area of study
  • Previous knowledge of CETS application and MEM/PES process standards
  • Willingness to work flexible work hours
o 7am-8pm Monday-Friday


Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected Compensation range for this position is between $36,000 - $57,400.
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
