- Retain weddings booked from sales
- Handle wedding couple escalations, you are the primary contact for wedding couples
- Manage the wedding couple lifecycle from wedding confirmation to travel - answer any questions, concerns, ensure they are prepared for their big day - ensuring smooth operations for the couple
- Take inbound and make outbound phone calls to current wedding couples
- Answer emails for wedding couples
- Be a great team player!
You Offer:
- 1-3 years experience in a customer/client success role
- Clear communication and persuasive speaking skills
- Meticulous with great attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A passion for organization
- Tech savviness
