More complete informations about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. The Department of Plastic Surgery is seeking a Manager of Operations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the department. The incumbent will perform duties around financial and performance managem ent, reporting, research administration, and general administrative functions. This position serves as the first point of contact for most daily operational and financial activities within the department. The position will report to the Chief Operating Officer for Plastic Surgery.
The successful candidate for the Manager of Operations will provide direction, as well as perform the functions outlined as to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency within the Department of Plastic Surgery.
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree, as well as four years of experience. Experience in healthcare is preferred. Qualified applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), and they must also possess advanced skills using Excel. Knowledge of Clarity budgeting tool, and Oracle are preferred.
This position is restricted and contingent upon the continuation of funding.
