Commonwealth Orthopaedics is accepting applications for a full-time experienced Surgical Scheduler for its offices located across Northern Virginia. The surgical scheduler s chedules a! ll inpatient and outpatient surgery and medical procedures, tests and studies ordered by the physician. Documents patient and surgery correspondence. Prepares surgical forms for billing. Prepares daily rounds list of inpatients for physician on-call.
Basic qualifications include : high school diploma, minimum two years of related experience. Strong computer skills are a must, experience with Advantx highly desired. Excellent communication, ability to multi-task, and strong customer service skills.
