Description:
The Director of Surgical Services is over 4 OR Suites, 2 Endo rooms, 8 PACU slots and 16 outpatient slots. They are bringing in a new ortho surgeon in October and are going to be increasing the size of the OR to 6 suites. They need a strong leader, with people skills to act as a service line director and interact with the community and the physicians. There is a great staff in place and a a great support system from the hospital. The facility performs all types of surgery except brain, open heart and Thoracic.
Qualified candidates must have BSN and 3 years experience as a manager or director.
