The Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute, one of the fastest growing and busiest cosmetic surgery practices in Northern ! Virginia, is seeking an operations manager with 5-10 years of experience in practice management for a group medical practice, preferably in dermatology or cosmetic surgery. Luxury retail experience is a major plus. The right candidate will provide leadership, inspiration, coaching, positive attitude, and excellent patient care/customer service. The operations manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Manage day to day the entire business of the practice in its two locations (Fairfax and Manassas), including the highest levels of patient care, responsiveness and flow/ efficiency in the practice.
- Managing financial budgeting and forecasting, banking and payroll, vendor relations, cost control and inventory management.
- Managing outreach programs and in house seminars.
- Hiring and personnel evaluation, risk management from legal perspective, logistics ,and the managing IT and related internet-based integrity and reputation of pr! actice on line.
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team of over 15 employees
- B2C marketing skills
- B2C sales
- Knowledge of project management or task management softwares
- Planning, budgeting and financial forecasting skills
- High competency in Quickbooks
- Experience with OSHA and HIPPA regulations
- Basic knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Ability to produce statistics and performance parameters in MS. Excel or Ms. Access.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
