3) 17-19 patien! ts, including admits, rounding, & discharges
4) Triple-covered days, solo nights; mixture of days and nights
5) 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
6) Some ICU procedures needed; full sub-specialty support
7) Can be flexible with blocked schedule
