DUTIES
RN Weekend Baylor teach and empower patients to independently perform their medical care in the comfort of their home. Clinical care ranges from post surgical care of trauma, orthopedic, cardiac and general surgery conditions. The RN Weekend Baylor provides management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiac and respiratory diseases.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current unrestricted RN license in state of agency operation. Two years of current home health experience Proficient in OASIS and SOC process (required) Current CPR Card (required) Valid driver's license and auto insurance Proficient computer skills Excellent Customer Service Skills RN Weekend Baylor teach and empower patients to independently perform their medical care in the comfort of their home.
