Independent Sales Reps Needed!

Corporate Description

Founded in 1989, our client is a leading provider of noninvasive medical solutions focused on bone, joint and soft-tissue conditions. Services include in-home patient fitting of braces and medical devices, technology-enabled compliance monitoring, physician and payor support and around-the-clock patient care.

Offices Our client is based in Irvine, California, and supported by sales account executives in field locations nationwide. Their manufacturing facilities, located in Vista, California, produce many proprietary products. Company revenue is $60m.

Products/Pricing:

  • Custom knee braces - reimburses from $800 to $1200 (both OA & ACL);
  • OA and RA proprietary treatment - always used with a knee brace, reimburses $850 for knee brace and $1,150 for treatment*;
  • Back braces: $800 to $1200
  • Bone Growth Stim (BGS)- ASP - $3K
  • Extensive line of soft good products (slings, neoprene supports, wrist braces/supports).
  • Proprietary, non-invasive, non-drug treatment option for Osteoarthritis
(OA) of the knee and rheumatoid arthritis of the hand. For patients with

moderate or severe knee OA who are intolerant of medication, wish to

avoid dependency, are medically unqualified, or wish to avoid surgery Major Markets: > Patients: a.) 50 year old patient population, b.) Medicare

Primary Care

IR Commission schedule: 15% to 20%, depending on product. IR is provided all sample materials. Inventory is shipped to Practitioner or Patient. Company handles all billings and pays commissions . IR handles patient education, fitting, and submitting paperwork to company*. Patients do not return products. Company handles all Payor billing, collections, and Payor adjudications. IR commissions paid monthly.
  • Company can provide for IR’s Per diem clinician for patient education/fitting.
Rep. Estimated Earnings (conservative):
30 patients a month x average $800 per script = $24,000 x 20% + $6,000*
  • top IR’s do as many as 100 patients a month.
DR. wholesale DME programs are available > Back/knee braces, BGS, Softgoods,; not Bionicare

Payor dynamics: all products are reimbursed by Medicare and most Private Payors. 85% reimbursement success rate.
