Join our team and share your skills and talents with the nation’s largest private provider of healthcare services.POSITION OVERVIEWThe HR Coordinator position will work 12 hours/week and be responsible for auditing existing and new Employment Agreements to ensure appropriate Lawson set up per guidelines. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Audit existing and new employment agreements to ensure appropriate Lawson set up per guidelines.

Maintain contract database that contains all pertinent information (including but not limited to specialty, contract effective dates, base rates, dates rate are to change, etc.)Analyzes, reviews and preps all physician payments including but not limited to bonuses, student loans, relocation, tail premiums, rate changes, leaves of absence to include military leave, and all additional compensation outside of the normal bi-weekly pay for providers. Each item must be reviewed for completeness, compliance with Employment Agreement, and appropriate approval. This requires working with multiple departments and executive personnel within HCAPS.Prepares all documentation for overpayment recovery. This involves coordinating with payroll, accounting, the physician, and market manager to ensure all parties are aware of the steps toward resolution.This position will be required to communicate both verbally and in writing to executive management.Initiates and maintains strong working relationship with all members of the HR team and HCAPS leadership to ensure the effective delivery of quality HR services.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESCommunication - communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writingCustomer orientation - establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust andrespect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectationsInterpersonal skills - able to practice effective relationship management and work effectively witother employees, supervisors and external partiesPC skills - demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically, Word, Excel, andPowerPoint) and others (i.e.

HRMS, electronic recruitment systems) as requiredPolicies & Procedures - demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational Policies, Procedures and systemsBasic skills - able to perform fairly complex mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures.Must demonstrate competency in verbal and writing skills, including grammar, proper punctuation, and spellingEDUCATION - Bachelor’s is preferred. An equivalent in demonstrated job experience may be considered with comprehensive references.EXPERIENCE - Three to five years’ experience in HR Generalist/Coordinator role is preferred.
