Job Title: Cleaner/ Subcontractor & Freelance
Responsibilities:
- Performence of general cleaning duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for cleaning
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
- Follow all of the safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
* You must be on time and always maintain your hygiene and grooming. You are to bring with you, your own set of work gloves, shoe coverings, cleaning goggles and cleaning supplies with you at all times. When on sight.

*You must have a valid driver's license, and be self insured/ cerdified for cleaning. If you do not have a car but have a valid driver's license, we strongly urge you to get yourself insured and we will help in providing a company rental car to be used later.
Working affectively, safely and timely is our number one goal.
We are looking for Freelance and Subcontractor with experience in multiple areas with at least 3 years:
- Previous experience in cleaning and janitorial work is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lifting of heavy weighted objects if necessary
