Dear Chocolatier,
We're Marmalade Grove (www.marmaladegrove.com), a 30-acre citrus farm in Ojai, California and we're looking to make products that taste of paradise.
We're looking for someone who can make:
- Candied citrus peels dipped in chocolate.
- Candied citrus slices dipped in chocolate.
We're looking to hire a leader and someone with vision. Aside from the chocolatier work, we're really looking for someone who is a confectioner who wants to show their talent and creativity working with us.
You would be in charge of your own kitchen and eventually help us build a larger production for our marmalades, chocolate products and candies.
We sell over 1,000 orders a week since starting two years ago and are quickly growing.
