Junior HR Specialist (Seasonal) - Remote [Philippines]


 

VirtuallyinCredible is looking for an additional member of their growing HR team!

We’re looking for a Junior HR Admin Specialist who will be working along with our current team. The Junior HR Admin Specialist assists the HR Admin Manager in efficiently carrying out HR Admin services, aligning business objectives with contractors and managing HR admin processes.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Good English communications skills (both oral and written) with the ability to communicate with all levels of authority.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Able to work independently, highly driven, team player.
  • With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and customer service oriented.
  • Highly organized and keen on details.

Responsibilities:

  • Enroll contractors and update changes in contractor details in HRIS and ensures accuracy of HRIS and other HR-related trackers.
  • Communicate changes in the contractors' status, salary, position, department, immediate supervisor, and service description to concerned contractor, leaders/managers, and HR team.
  • Conduct offboarding processes, i.e. termination email, exit interview, pc clean up, final pay waiver.
  • Validate medical certificates and power/internet interruption.
  • Issue Certificate of Service.
  • Provide loan application form and communicate its approvalIssue disciplinary action and update HRIS accordingly.
  • Monitor and document HRBP tasks.
  • PIP enrolment of concerned contractors and communicate its progress.
  • Issuance and renewal of Independent Contractor Agreement.
  • Respond to queries and requests to provide HR guidance and consults with line managers when appropriate.
  • Work closely with management and contractors to improve work relationships,build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of performance management programs to ensure success.
  • Provide HR-related report to management.
  • Participate in crafting HR-related policies and in analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Participate in facilitating, monitoring, and evaluation of engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in HR recruitment undertakings whenever necessary.
  • Perform other related tasks, as may be requested from time to time.

Please take note that this is a seasonal position and the contract will end at September 2023.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
