MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Quality checks on post installation/deployment and confirms if the hardware is working fine and transmitting the correct information
- Execute test plan by doing quality check on dashboard if all of the functionalities are working and displaying the correct data
- Monitor the quality of data being transmitted on the dashboard and report anomalies data on dashboard on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depend on the frequency set
- Provides audit report on the on findings, outcome of the checks and recommend improvement opportunities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year proven work experience testing Enterprise cloud/SaaS application frontends and backends gained at a software product or SaaS company. Familiarity with SaaS technologies, web development frameworks, and cloud platforms is also beneficial.
- Experience working at growing scale and pace at a software product company
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
GOOD TO HAVE/S:
- Familiarity with general OS systems, Linux Debian, Enterprise, programming languages, and Office software
- Knowledge and experience on sensor technologies and how they are being used and how they transmit data
- Knowledge in the medical field and have an understanding on vital signs (Health tech)
