Description: Eastern Virginia Medical School is currently seeking to employ Assistant Professor - Plastic Surgery right now, this job will be placed in Virginia. Academic appointment and rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience and are competitive on a national basis within the AAMC guidelines. Responsibilities:
The practice provides a broad array of s! ervices including reconstruction, microsurgery, hand and cosme! tic surgery. Inpatient care is provided at a 700+ bed hospital. The Plastic Surgeons work with the region's Level I Trauma Center. The Trauma Center treats more than 2,500 trauma patients annually. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be eligible or have a CAQ in hand surgery and experience in microsurgery and will serve as Director of the EVMS Hand Center.
