Description
Responsible for the deliver! y of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Qualifications
$5000 SIGN-ON BONUS - ONE YEAR ORTHOPEDIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience:
MINIMUM of
TWO YEARS
of Operating Room RN
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED with both circulating and scrub experience
One year Orthopedic experience REQUIRED.
Vascular and Laparoscopic Surgery experience preferred
MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE CALL WITH A MAXIMUM 30 MINUTE RESPONSE TIME
Education:
Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing
Certifications / Licenses:
License to practice in the Commonwea! lth of Virginia or Compact Licensure Agreement
Curren! t BLS certification or obtained during the first week of orientation
