Job Details:
I. Primary Function/General Purpose of Position:
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides direct, quality nursing care to meet patients’ comfort, personal hygiene, and safety needs. Performs related duties as assigned.
II. Employment Qualifications:
1. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
2. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Virginia or currently enrolled in 2nd year of a clinical nursing program.
3. Minimum of two years of current work related experience.
4. Must have BCLS certification.
5. Previous experiences using a computer is preferred.
6. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs and performs all functions involved in CPR.
