We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services.

Requirements:

• Current RN
• Mastes Degree Required
• Current VA license preferred
• 5 years Surgical/Operating Room experience
• Five (5) years current surgical nursing experience; two (2) years of management experience in surgical nursing required.
• Budget experience required
• Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills

Our Surgical Services at include operating room, PACU, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, central sterile, and cath lab. The Surgical Services Director will coordinate and oversee these areas in conjunction with coordinators of each modality. Director responsibilities include but are not limited to: business growth, staffing, ! day-to-day operations in each area of surgical services, adherence to all quality initiatives and regulations, communication of all policies/procedures of the facility with the staff, budgeting, and scheduling. This leadership role is a great opportunity for an experienced, hands-on surgical nurse manager to make a difference in our community hospital.
