Seeking current Associate Sales Reps / BTB Reps (1-3 yrs)/
Break into Medical De! vice

My client is seeking candidates with a background of strong, successful and documented performances. Candidates must be self-driven and motivated to work a designated territory to sell a full line of state of the art spine products. Candidates possess a work ethic with a desire to be in the “OR”. Work with surgeons and clinicians to build, establish and maintain business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish, Grow and maintain client partnerships with surgeons and clinicians.
• Meet or exceed territory sales objectives (product and target accounts)
• Meet or exceed territory market share objectives
• Expert knowledge in Spine product and competitive information
• Ability to deliver “on call” service
• Provide training and support of new product launches

Backgrounds/Work Experience

• ASRs seeking a career / W2.
• 1-3 years th sales level wisuccessful sale! s experience in Outside Sales (ad sales, copier sales, uniform! etc.)
• Demonstrated and documented sales success
• Ability to travel when needed

Compensation Structure:

• Salary $50,000 with Bonus year 1 @ plan $60,000
• Year 2, Bonus + Commissions
• Car Expenses / mileage all covered
• Full Expense & Benefit Package
