The ideal Enrollment Specialist candidate must have a current Life and Health License with recent experience utilizing this license while working in a call center that handles incoming and outgoing product education and service calls with customers.

Enrollment Specialist Overview: The PHMP (Proactive Health Management Program) Enrollment Specialist handles incoming and outgoing product education and service calls with our customers. The Enrollment Specialists provide our customers with accurate product information and the best method to resolve any problems to ensure customer satisfaction and retention while utilizing company policies, processes and practices.

Enrollment Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles inbound and outbound calls from customers in a call center environment, handling each call in a professional manner.
  • Educates our customers on our product as well as provides/coordinates problem resolution in order retain and provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Documents all calls in a clear and professional manner.
  • Follows up on outstanding issues through resolution, advising the caller of the status to the final resolution.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

  • Analytical- Uses intuition, experience and resources to provide an excellent customer experience regarding product education to service inquiry resolution.
  • Problem Solving- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner utilizing all resources needed to solve the problem.
  • Customer Service - Responds promptly, meets commitments and provides solutions that satisfy the customer.
  • Interpersonal Skills- Focuses on resolving conflict by facilitating interactions and communication with social skills that help develop relationships. Experienced in demonstrating flexibility, openness to other ideas and new processes.
  • Oral Communication- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listens and gets clarification when necessary.
  • Written Communication-Writes clearly and informatively: Edits work for spelling and grammar: Adapts writing style to meet needs: Able to read and interpret written information.
  • Teamwork- Balances team and individual responsibilities: Works well in group and autonomously; Exhibits objectivity and openness to other views; Gives and welcome feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
