The position will operate various pieces of extrusion equipment and to safely produce quality products on these machines in a timely and efficient manner, while sustaining a lean work environment that promotes teamwork, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The skills and knowledge needed are the ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment and understand the standards of operations safety requirements. Two years of production machine operator experience is preferred. High school graduate or GED equivalency.
Shift schedules are: 1st Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm, 5/8 (M-F) & 2nd shift 2:00pm – 12:30am, 4/10 (M-Th).
