Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It
As a Product Manager Wesbsite & CMS, you will help The Social Hub (TSH) to secure an outstanding online customer experience by overseeing the functionalities and UX of the content website (category and product pages, landing pages, contact forms, blog, etc. which drives the conversion to the next stage of the sales funnel – purchase (via the booking engine). The expected outcome is to not only increase the revenue but also to increase customer satisfaction which is equally essential to TSH.
You will closely cooperate with the Product Manager eCommerce, Digital Content Manager, Growth Marketing Managers, UX/UI designers, and software development agency. You will have a CMS Manager reporting to you.
Important to note: this is a temporary maternity cover starting in July (6 months) during which the operational focus will be on continuing to deliver the already-defined website roadmap and business-as-usual content updates/changes.

What You'll Do
- You'll be responsible for the development (design, specify, test & deliver) and maintenance (bug fixing) of the content website's functionalities and UX
- You'll be in charge of the development and maintenance of the CMS via which the content is delivered and configuration handled
- You'll act as a Product Owner in the agile software development process (backlog management and prioritization, translating the business needs to the development tasks, securing the value delivery a.o.), next to the developers provided by a 3rd party technology partner
- You'll act as the publication process owner ensuring the proper balance between planning and flexibility, and the CMS manager's workload as well as the proper content delivery by the Digital Content Manager
- You'll monitor and collect the website users' feedback to secure the continuous improvement
- You'll ensure that the new website enhancements are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience in the delivery and maintenance of customer-facing websites in hospitality, travel, or retail
- You have a strong understanding of the UX/UI principles
- You have a solid understanding or hands-on experience in software development (preferably agile) and web technologies (in the business owner role)
- You have excellent partner-facing written and verbal communication skills
- You have very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills including attention to detail
- You are a good team player and an effective leader who motivates their colleagues
