Business Development Representative [Czech Republic]

The role:

We’re looking for the role of Business Development Representative, one of the most important and key positions within our structure and business. If you have previous experience with licensing, or you´re naturally supportive and thorough then you might be a perfect fit for us!


What will be your workload:
  • Excel is your good friend, you have a basic user knowledge and you are not afraid of using Excel daily
  • Within this position you will be a partner of our Account Managers (BDM) with the responsibility for the delivery of a purchases
  • Manages quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer and partner requests
  • Experience and knowledge of Navision (CRM) – is an advantage
  • Our BDR’s are also responsible for the establishment of trust relationships with customers and prospects and understand their objectives
  • Daily communication in English with our Headquarters and suppliers
  • Prepares cost estimates for licensing and product sales as well as professional services
  • Achieves/exceeds monthly sales targets and gross profit quota with your team
What we need to see from you:

What do you need to succeed?

  • We highly appreciate the previous experience within a similar position and ability to sell and managing customer
  • We’d be more than happy if you have a basic knowledge of the licensing process – it’s not a must
  • You should be able to work independently and multi-task while managing multiple customer opportunities at a time
  • What are the key skills for this role? – thoroughness – reliability – detail-orientation – result-oriented – ability to decide by yourself
  • Ability to switch into English, meaning good written and verbal skills (B2), native Czech/Slovak
  • Willingness to learn and develop personal licensing knowledge (Microsoft, Adobe, etc.)
