Organization Highlights: Rockingham Memorial Hospital (RMH) is a 238-bed community hospital affiliated with Sentara Healthcare. RMH moved into a NEW state-of-the-art hospital in 2010. RMH has 13 ORs, nine procedure rooms, and performs approximately 18,500 surgical cases annually.
Position Details: Rockingham Memorial Hospital is a dynamic organization and is searching for a Director who can build upon the current strong Perioperative program. This Director will assist in the growth of the Orthopedic, Spine, Sports Medicine, and Cardiothoracic Surgery programs, and in the development of a Wound Care Center.
This individual will play a key role in the hospital’s Magnet journey. In addition, they will be responsible for leading change through process improvement initiatives and mentoring and developing an accomplished management team wi! th a continual focus on patient satisfaction and high-quality patient care. The ability to motivate and inspire others is essential.
